roasted plums with cinnamon ice cream
There is something delightful about cooked or roasted fruit as a dessert. The sweet and tangy warm fruit coupled with freezing ice cream has my taste buds doing flick flacks.

Let’s just get this out of the way. If you’re counting calories, look away now. There is nothing, and I mean NOTHING, healthy about these little squares of happiness. But honey, they taste incredible.
